We are looking for a service-oriented HR Contact Support for a consulting assignment with our client in Gothenburg. About the Assignment You will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners regarding HR-related questions. You provide quick and professional support via phone, email, and other channels and contribute to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Answer questions about HR policies, procedures, and programs • Assist employees with HR services, benefits, salary-related questions, and personal data • Support the use of digital self-service HR solutions • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate HR function • Contribute to updating HR portals, intranet, and employee communications • Handle cases correctly, promptly, and confidentially What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Behavioral Science, or similar • Up to two years of experience in HR, customer service, administration, or equivalent • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written • Strong communication skills and a clear service mindset • Good ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in parallel • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience with HR systems or service desk tools is a plus Practical Information Assignment Type: Consulting assignment Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Gothenburg, on-site work Start: August 31, 2026, or by agreement Duration: Approximately four months Background check will be conducted before assignment start NOTE!
