HR Manager for Production Unit within Region Östergötland

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager for a consulting assignment with Region Östergötland. In this role, you will have overall functional responsibility for HR work within a production unit, where you contribute both operatively and strategically to the business development. The assignment involves close collaboration with management and places high demands on your ability to lead, develop, and ensure quality in HR work within a complex organization. About the Role As HR Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating HR work within the production unit and ensuring it is conducted in accordance with legislation, governing documents, and the organization's overall objectives. You will work both strategically and operationally, and will be part of the production unit's management team where you contribute a clear HR perspective. You will: Lead and coordinate daily HR support to managers within the business Plan, follow up, and develop HR work in close dialogue with management Ensure quality and consistency in HR processes and working methods Support managers in employer responsibility, change management, and business development Contribute to the business achieving its goals through strategic and operational HR support Identify needs, risks, and development areas in HR work Coordinate HR work with other support functions Participate in and drive development initiatives within the business In this role, you also have supervisory responsibility for HR consultants, which means you: Lead and distribute work within the HR team Follow up on workload and results in cooperation with the unit manager Support complex matters and prioritization Contribute to skills development and efficient resource utilization Ensure good collaboration between HR, managers, and other functions Promote participation and a good working environment in the team Your Background, Experience, and Competence We are looking for someone with: Academic degree in HR/PA or equivalent At least 5–10 years of experience in qualified HR work Experience working in a leading or coordinating HR role Strong competence across all areas of HR Experience in change management Ability to work at individual, group, and organizational levels Good IT skills Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: Leadership training Documented management experience Personal Qualities: Independent and organized with good prioritization ability Responsive and communicative with a flexible and professional manner Courageous and confident in challenging working methods to develop the business Proactive and driven with a strategic and forward-looking perspective A team player who contributes to collaboration and a good working environment What We Offer A consulting assignment via Jurek Talents. The assignment starts on September 1 and runs until February 26, 2027. The assignment is full-time, 40 hours/week and is conducted on-site.
