About the position As an HR Manager, you have overall responsibility for driving and developing HR and work environment initiatives. You serve as a close support to the CEO and the organization's managers and contribute with both specialist expertise and an operationally engaged perspective. The role is broad and involves moving between both operational personnel matters and more strategic development areas. You work with labor law, recruitment, skills development, labor union cooperation, and work environment, while also having the opportunity to shape company culture and ways of working. You will also be an important link between Inission Munkfors and the group's HR function, where you participate in joint initiatives and help implement the group's HR strategy in the local operations. The role does not involve personnel management. Instead, you gain an important specialist and support function where you independently drive matters forward and serve as a trusted partner to the business. In the role, you will, among other things: Be a close support to managers and employees on personnel matters, labor law, recruitment, onboarding, and skills development Drive and develop systematic work environment initiatives, including risk assessments, incidents, and preventive measures Manage and participate in labor union cooperation and negotiations Drive HR-related development and improvement initiatives Contribute to developing culture, values, and ways of working In this role, you become an important partner to the business, where your ability to understand both people and business makes a real difference. About you We are looking for someone with experience in broad HR work who thrives in a role where you take significant responsibility. You are used to switching between operational matters that need to be solved right now and longer-term development work. To succeed in the role, you need to have a good understanding of labor law, work environment, and HR processes, as well as experience supporting managers in personnel-related matters. Experience with recruitment, skills development, and labor union cooperation is also relevant. As a person, you are secure, structured, and solution-oriented. You have an easy time building trust and developing relationships at different levels in the organization, and you are comfortable taking your own initiatives and driving matters forward. At the same time, you are unpretentious and operationally engaged. You don't need to have all the answers from the start, but you are curious, attentive, and have the ability to quickly get up to speed on new issues. You see what needs to be done, create structure, and make things happen. We would like to see that you have post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent experience. Several years of experience in broad HR work and experience with systematic work environment initiatives are important for the role. Good skills in Office packages are also a requirement. Experience from industry or manufacturing, labor union cooperation and negotiations, and work environment-related projects and development work are merits.
