About the Position

As HR Manager at Brixly, you'll have a central role in shaping and developing the HR agenda at a growing construction company with a strong culture, short decision-making paths, and high ambitions.
You'll work closely with the CEO, be part of the management team, and have overall responsibility for developing structures, working methods, and culture as the company continues to grow. The role combines strategic responsibility with high operational presence in the business – from the office to projects out in the region.

Your Areas of Responsibility
Have overall responsibility for Brixly's HR strategy and operational HR work
Be a business-focused support to the CEO and management team and actively contribute to business development
Lead and develop the HR team and have overall responsibility for the payroll function
Drive and implement HR structures and processes as the company grows
Responsible for talent acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding
Drive and develop leadership development
Handle employment law matters, union relations, and negotiations
Ensure compliance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines
Responsible for work environment, health, and rehabilitation throughout the employee journey
Support managers in their leadership and personnel responsibilities, including processes for difficult conversations
Develop and digitalize HR and payroll systems and ensure efficient administrative processes
Work data-driven and use HR data to identify improvement areas and drive concrete actions
Be visible in the business and build trust with both salaried and skilled workers
Contribute to and represent the company in initiatives related to culture and social sustainability
About You

Relevant academic qualifications in HR, personnel science, or equivalent
Several years of broad and strategic HR experience
Experience working closely with management and preferably as part of a management team
Good knowledge of employment law, collective agreements, and work environment
Experience in change management and organizational development
Ability to handle complex personnel matters and difficult conversations
Experience working with both salaried and skilled workers is considered a merit
Experience from construction, industry, or other personnel-intensive operations is a merit
Comfortable working both strategically and operatively
