Your Responsibilities For a consulting assignment at Saab, we are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who is driven by combining strategic thinking with operational execution. In this role, you will work closely with the business's management groups to understand business goals, identify future competency needs, and translate strategies into concrete initiatives that strengthen the organization's long-term development. You will be an important partner to managers and leaders in matters such as strategic talent management, talent development, leadership development, organizational development, and change management. This is to attract, develop, and retain the right competencies for both today's and tomorrow's needs. You will become part of a committed HR team consisting of over 20 people and will have the opportunity to collaborate broadly within the HR function in an inclusive and knowledge-driven environment where collaboration, creativity, and knowledge sharing are highly valued. Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many contact points and who has an easy time creating good collaborations with managers, union representatives, and HR colleagues. You are a confident and communicative person who can switch between strategic and operational work, with a strong focus on execution and results. You are driven by, and have strong knowledge of, developing organizations, leaders, and employees, and have the courage to initiate and drive change over time. As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and unpretentious, while valuing collaboration and continuous learning. We believe you are curious, engaged, and want to contribute with both your expertise and personality to create long-term value in the business. What We Are Looking For: • You are an experienced HR Business Partner with at least 3-7 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles, preferably from an organization with a strong focus on business results and accountability. • You have experience working as part of a management team. • You have solid experience in change management, leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic talent management. • You have experience working with People Analytics as a natural part of both your strategic and operational HR work. • You are comfortable speaking and writing in both Swedish and English, as both languages are required in your daily work. • Saab is a geographically dispersed organization, which means travel is part of the job and a driver's license is a requirement.
