About the Assignment As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic and operational partner to managers and leaders. You work closely with the business to ensure that the organization has the right competencies, strong leadership, and engaged employees to meet both today's and tomorrow's business challenges. You will become an important part of a larger HR team and collaborate with managers, management groups, and other HR specialists to translate the company's people strategy into concrete and sustainable results. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Provide qualified support to managers and leaders on HR-related matters. Work closely with management groups to understand business objectives and strategic needs. Drive and support change and development initiatives. Work with strategic talent supply. Support performance management and talent management. Contribute to leadership development and organizational development. Work actively with employee engagement and culture matters. Use People Analytics as decision support in both strategic and operational HR matters. We Are Looking for You If You Have 3-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. Have worked in operations with a strong business focus and preferably with P&L responsibility. Have experience being part of or supporting management groups. Have strong experience in change management, leadership development, and talent supply. Are accustomed to working data-driven and using People Analytics in your HR work. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Are a confident, self-driven, and unpretentious person with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization. As a person, you are proactive, organized, and have the courage to drive change. You thrive with many contact points and have the ability to combine strategic thinking with an operational execution focus.
