The Role of HR Business Partner
In the role of HR Business Partner, you serve as close support to the organization's managers and are an important partner in matters related to organization, leadership, work environment, and competence development. You work proactively to identify needs, create solutions, and contribute to the organization achieving its goals through a strong focus on people and organization.
You will collaborate with multiple parts of the organization and have a central role in developing leadership, employee engagement, and HR processes.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience working broadly within HR and who thrives in an operations-focused role with many contact points. You are confident in your competence, have a business-minded approach, and are comfortable in an environment where change and development are a natural part of everyday work.
We would like to see that you have:
• Academic education in HR or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting and coaching managers at different levels.
• Good knowledge of labor law, work environment, and modern HR processes.
• Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and unpretentious. You have high integrity, are self-driven, and have an easy time building trust in the organization. At the same time, you are solution-oriented, structured, and comfortable making your own decisions.
Good to Know
This is a full-time consulting assignment with a duration of approximately 12 months. You will be employed as a consultant at Jurek during the assignment period. Please note that for this assignment we are not able to work with subcontractors. The assignment is located at our client in central Stockholm. We are looking for an immediate start.
