We are now hiring at Lernia for an HR Business Partner to cover a parental leave absence for at least 1 year. This is a broad and business-close role where HR is an important part of the business. The role is perfect for you if you want to take HR matters from idea to action and make things happen in practice. You will primarily support the West region and be part of the West region's management team. At the same time, you will contribute to common HR initiatives and projects. You will report to the Head of HR, who is part of the company leadership and you will be part of a small and dedicated HR team where we take great responsibility, help each other, and create momentum together. About the Position As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic and operational partner to the business's managers. You identify needs, take initiative, and ensure that ideas are implemented. Your assignment includes: Coach, support, and take responsibility for matters together with managers within labor law, personnel matters, occupational health and safety, and union matters Lead and implement parts of organizational changes, change management, and union negotiations Manage HR processes such as salary reviews, development conversations, skills provision, and employee engagement Be a business-close HR support that creates momentum, energy, and improvements Develop HR processes, methods, and projects together with the HR team Contribute to smarter HR work through systems, digital methods, and AI What We Offer Opportunity to develop in a business-close role An inclusive work environment where collaboration and learning are central Wellness benefits, collective agreement, and opportunity for flexibility Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is confident working close to the business and who makes things happen. You enjoy development and are curious about how systems, digital tools, and AI can make HR work smarter, easier, and more quality-assured. We see that you have: A university degree in personnel science, behavioral science, or other education deemed equivalent At least 4–6 years of experience in HR in a similar role Good knowledge of labor law and experience with personnel and occupational health and safety matters Experience with management support, change management, and HR projects Strong communication and relationship-building skills Very good Swedish and good English skills Interest in HR systems, digital tools, and smarter HR processes Experience from blue collar environments and labor-intensive operations is a merit, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or consulting services.
