About the Position
As an HR Business Partner at BE Group in Norrköping, you'll work closely with managers in warehouse and production operations. You'll provide both operational and strategic HR support to managers on matters concerning workplace environment, rehabilitation, and personnel issues. You're also responsible for developing, managing, and ensuring compliance with workplace environment and rehabilitation processes. In this role, you'll contribute to achieving operational goals by ensuring efficient HR processes and strengthening managers' capabilities in their leadership.
In the role, you'll provide operational support to managers on HR-related matters. You'll also work with labor law and union collaboration, ensuring that the business complies with applicable labor legislation. The role includes conducting negotiations and dialogues with union representatives and managing cooperation forums.
You're also responsible for driving and following up on rehabilitation cases in close collaboration with managers. You'll ensure that legal requirements and internal procedures are followed, work preventatively to reduce sick leave absence, and cooperate with external partners. You'll support and develop systematic workplace environment work in collaboration with the HSEQ organization. You'll ensure compliance with organizational and social workplace environment, participate in workplace environment rounds and risk assessments, and support managers on workplace environment-related matters and actions.
About You
We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, personnel science, or equivalent education. You have previous experience with operational HR work that has included labor law processes and union collaboration. It's advantageous if you've worked with rehabilitation and workplace environment issues and have experience from warehouse and/or production operations.
To succeed in the HR Business Partner role at BE Group, we see that you're a confident, relationship-building, and communicative person who enjoys taking initiative and engaging in dialogue. You're accustomed to working independently, are solution-oriented, and have a structured work approach. You have good computer skills and experience working in HR systems.
