You will have a broad role where you support managers and employees across the entire HR field with a focus on production-related functions within Operations. Your responsibilities As an HR Business Partner with us, you will, among other things: Support and administer annual HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management, benefits, leave, and health promotion initiatives. Drive and coordinate recruitment processes – from advertising and selection to interviews and onboarding. Provide support to managers and employees on personnel-related matters. Support performance and development conversations as well as training initiatives. Participate in the development and implementation of HR processes and policies. Participate in projects related to, for example, employee engagement, culture, diversity, and inclusion. Coordinate rehabilitation and return-to-work matters together with managers, employees, and external partners. Provide support on matters relating to labor law, collective agreements, and internal HR guidelines. Who are you? You enjoy collaborating with others and contribute to a positive work environment. We believe that you have An academic degree in HR, Personnel Science, or equivalent. Approximately 1–3 years of experience in HR work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with HR systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of Swedish labor law is a plus, but we value above all your willingness to develop.
