As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the broad and complex area of personnel matters. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, providing support to both managers and employees. You are part of the management team where you drive important personnel-related and organizational processes, develop decision-making materials, and provide consultative guidance. In operational work, you both develop and execute administrative procedures.
In your work, you are expected to:
stay updated on labor law and collective agreements, and manage labor relations
take responsibility for skills procurement in both the short and long term, and manage the entire employment journey - from recruitment to termination
drive systematic occupational health and safety work
develop individuals, managers, and teams, which sometimes involves handling difficult personnel matters and conflicts
inform and train staff on procedures and digital systems
act as the contact person for the national salary service and ensure that procedures function and are followed.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with a university degree in HR/Personnel Science and experience in HR work. The role makes significant demands on personal suitability, where we seek a person who acts with integrity and independence, while establishing trusting relationships that enable good collaboration. You must also be a strong communicator in speech and writing, with the ability to explain, anchor, and create understanding for decisions, processes, and working methods.
You are a member of the Swedish Church and hold a category B driver's license.
