About the Role As a Court Administrator, you will play a central role in the court's daily operations. Together with a dedicated group of administrators, judges, and prosecutors, you will contribute to ensuring that cases and matters are handled with legal certainty and efficiency. The work is varied, social, and requires both structure and flexibility – perfect for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities As a Court Administrator, you will: Handle cases and matters together with judges and prosecutors Plan court hearings and send summons for proceedings Compile materials for hearings Expedite judgments and decisions Have daily contact with parties, representatives, authorities, and the public via telephone and email Register newly received cases and matters as well as documents that are submitted in cases. About You In the role of Court Administrator, you are engaged, thorough, independent, and deliver high-quality work. You have a strong ability to structure and organize your work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your communicative and collaborative personality means that you interact with people professionally and build good relationships, both internally and externally. You are decisive and comfortable with responsibility, while also contributing to your work group's collective efforts. Requirements Completed and approved upper secondary school education Good computer skills Good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish. Meritorious Post-secondary education relevant to the work Experience working at a court, government agency, or other legal organization. Practical Information The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Background checks will be conducted prior to employment.
