In your role as head waiter with us, you'll be at the center of the action at all times. We're looking for a responsible person who actively works to develop their colleagues, the company, and not least themselves. You'll be the restaurant manager's right hand and have a natural ability to create a great atmosphere with both guests and colleagues. Previous experience from à la carte and hotel restaurants is required, as well as strong knowledge of wine. A passion for service, going the extra mile, and always putting the guest first is something we consider a given. This is a full-time position (100%) with a 6-month probationary period. You are over 18 years old, able to make your own decisions with personal responsibility, and can collaborate with the team where communication, planning, and quick turnarounds are part of everyday work. You must speak both Swedish and English, as parts of our team and especially our guests speak English. What can we offer you?
