About the Role
As Head Server, you are the hub of the restaurant. You lead the service, inspire the team, and create the structure that makes both guests and staff thrive. You have operational responsibility where you plan the day, lead, and ensure everything works – from staffing and task allocation to quality, sales, and guest experience.
You are present on the floor, spotting details before anyone else does, and creating calm even when the pace is high.
The role also involves close collaboration with other departments where you plan and execute conferences, weddings, and large events. You also have overall responsibility for the restaurant's bar and contribute to developing both the beverage selection and staff expertise.

Permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Salary and start date by agreement.
