Isaberg is seeking a maître d' for events who can executive lead dining room operations. You will work proactively with service, sales, profitability, employee and guest satisfaction among our staff and guests in daily operations. We place great importance on your personality and leadership ability to build successful teams. You are a stable and reliable person with a high service mindset and good collaborative skills who sets high standards for yourself and your surroundings. To thrive, you need good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong drive to develop. You must be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment and be able to take comprehensive responsibility. Meritorious qualifications include experience from similar positions, preferably in a leadership role, bartending education or other education within service, food and beverage, or equivalent experience. A passion and pride in the service profession, food and beverage, is a must, as is the ability to provide natural hospitality. Employment level can be 80-100%. The position is permanent after a 6-month probation period. Palmgrengruppen is a member of Visita and applies collective agreements. Isaberg is a smoke-free workplace.
