We are looking for you to become part of our team at Home Hotel Bristol! Working as a hotel receptionist means that no two days are the same, so it's important that you enjoy a fast pace and have a solution-oriented approach to everything that happens. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people and creating positive experiences for guests. You thrive in a fast and dynamic environment and have a solution-oriented personality. You are a team player who can work effectively both independently and in a group. You understand the importance of being service-oriented and you see the big picture in the small details and have an eye for detail. You are independent and flexible. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You are also at least 20 years old, as you will be responsible for serving beverages. (According to the Alcohol Act, Chapter 8, Section 18). Your responsibilities will include: - Daily front office tasks from checking in to checking out our guests. - Handling everything from bookings, payments, emails and inquiries. - Cleaning the reception, lobby and bar. - Assisting other departments to ensure that today's tasks are completed. - Always delivering the highest possible quality and service and understanding the importance of first and last impressions. - Collaborating with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant experience for guests.
