Part-Time Hotel Staff Wanted at Solsta Hotell

We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented hotel staff member who wants to become part of our team at Solsta Hotell in central Karlstad. With us, the days vary and the pace shifts. One moment it's full focus on breakfast, guests, and rooms that need to be prepared – the next moment it's quieter and then it's about being able to see for yourself what needs to be done. Therefore, we are looking for you who are ambitious, efficient, and self-reliant, and who feel comfortable both stepping up when the pace is high and stepping down when it's quieter. Guest service is a given for you. You enjoy meeting people and understand that the small details are often what determines whether a guest has a really good hotel experience. The work tasks are varied and may include: Breakfast service and preparations Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms Guest service and contact with our guests Simple reception and hotel tasks Making sure together with us that the hotel is welcoming, clean, and running smoothly in daily operations We believe you are a person who takes initiative, works efficiently, and is not afraid to step in where needed. You need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for your work tasks, while also being a team player. Previous experience from hotels, restaurants, service, or cleaning is a merit, but for us the right personality, work ethic, and attitude are just as important. The position is part-time to start with, with the possibility of development in the future. Working hours may vary and work on weekends occurs. Does this sound like you?
