About the Position As Hotel & Property Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of Dagöholm Gård. You lead the business with a focus on quality, service, profitability, and staff development. You are a visible and engaged leader who thrives in the operations and is happy to work hands-on when needed. At the same time, you have a strategic perspective and drive development forward together with ownership and management. Your Main Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, conference facilities, and events. Lead, coach, and develop staff members. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling. Ensure high quality and professional hospitality across all aspects of the business. Own budget, results, and cost responsibility. Actively work on sales, marketing initiatives, and business development. Plan and execute conferences, weddings, and major events together with the team. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food hygiene, and other regulatory requirements. Develop the business through new ideas, concepts, and ways of working. We're Looking for Someone With Several years of experience in a leadership role within the hotel, restaurant, conference, or hospitality industry. Documented experience in staff management. Experience with budget, results, and operational responsibility. Strong administrative skills and experience working with digital booking and business systems. Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Good English language skills. Valid driver's license (Category B). It's a Plus If You Have Experience in hotel operations. Experience in restaurant management. Worked with conferences, weddings, or large events. Experience in sales to both corporate and private markets. Knowledge of revenue management and pricing. Experience in marketing and social media. Education in hospitality, restaurant management, tourism, leadership, or business. Who Are You?
