This is done with strong didactic skills, clear structure, and varied instruction adapted to students' circumstances. You see documentation and assessment as a natural part of the work. You have a strong ability to analyze and reflect on your work in order to continuously develop and improve the operation. We are seeking you if you: - hold a teaching certification for high school/middle school (grades 7-9). Subject specialization in mathematics, English, and music are preferred. - have experience teaching in adapted primary schools and have good knowledge of curriculum guidelines. - use digital tools in teaching, apply clarifying pedagogy, and have knowledge of positive behavior support. - have strong collaboration skills and can build good relationships, as the role involves many contact points with students, staff, and guardians. - express yourself well both verbally and in writing, as the role includes written documentation and oral communication. In our recruitment process, we place great emphasis on education and personal suitability. Other Information To fill the position as full-time, it may be necessary to work at our sister school Labanskolan certain days per week, as we have been authorized to open a national program at the high school level there. If you therefore have qualifications in dance, theater, and crafts, that would be an asset. Kajan adapted primary and secondary school is part of the Cedergrenska education group, which operates schools from Östersund in the north to Skåne in the south with 50 schools (primary schools, high schools, and preschools with various specializations), 10,000 students/children, and 1,700 employees. The education group provides the highest quality education for children and students from preschool through post-secondary education. Since Cedergrenska was founded, education and development have been guiding principles. Cedergrenska constantly seeks new opportunities to improve education for the children and students who study at one of our schools. Leading research has shown that educators are the most important factor in children's development and learning. We have therefore designed our operations with educators in focus. By actively improving the group's workplaces for educators, Cedergrenska schools should be attractive choices for both newly graduated and well-established educators.
