About the Position
Do you want to work in an organization where community, quality, and development are at the center? Högbo Riding Club is seeking an experienced riding instructor who wants to help create a safe, inspiring, and well-organized riding school.
With us, you'll work alongside dedicated colleagues and meet students of all ages, with a special focus on children and youth. We place great emphasis on excellent customer service, clear teaching methods, and a positive environment where both students and horses thrive.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver riding lessons with structure and clear progression
Teach children, youth, and adults at different levels
Participate in the training and development of riding school horses
Contribute to the daily operations of the facility, including stable work
Handle administrative tasks related to instruction and planning
Participate in competitions and events, which includes work on certain weekends
Qualifications
Requirements:
Riding Instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent education/experience deemed equivalent
Experience teaching in a riding school
Class B driver's license
Merit Factors:
Several years of experience as a riding instructor or trainer
Documented experience working with children and youth
