We are now seeking four licensed nurses for permanent full-time employment (100%). We are investing in training two of our nurses to become specialist nurses with a focus on dementia care, and need to expand the nursing team so they can focus on their studies. Here you have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team where we together create safety and quality of life for our care recipients.
Your Role – A Meaningful Assignment
As a nurse with us, you have a central and important role. You lead nursing care work and ensure that our health and medical services maintain high quality. You work closely with colleagues in both nursing and rehabilitation, where collaboration and support are a natural part of everyday work.

What You Will Do
With us you get a varied and developmental role where you:
• Make medical assessments and are responsible for medication management
• Plan and follow up on interventions together with the team
• Guide and support nursing staff in their daily work
• Serve as a trusted contact for relatives and provide professional advice
Working Hours That Give Balance in Life
We know that recovery is important. Therefore, we offer a schedule that creates predictability:
• Weekend work: every fourth weekend
• Weekday evenings: approximately 4 to 5 shifts over 8 weeks
QUALIFICATIONS
Who Are You?
You are a licensed nurse with good judgment and an analytical approach. You feel confident in your professional role, have an easy time making decisions, and enjoy taking responsibility. Leading and supporting others comes naturally to you, and you work in a structured and thorough manner.

• B-category driver's license
