We are looking for an experienced Chief Site Manager with authorization / Project Manager to join our project management team, who will take on responsibility for managing significant construction contracts and serve as a professional partner to company leadership. What awaits you: You will be responsible for comprehensive management of construction projects from contract acceptance through successful handover to the investor. Your work will include in particular: - Management of significant construction contracts, - Coordination of multiple construction sites or execution teams, - Supervision of site managers and technical staff, - Economic management of assigned projects, - Control of schedules, quality, and budgets, - Cooperation with investors, designers, and technical supervisors, - Strategic decision-making during project execution, - Project risk management, - Oversight of contractual compliance, - Responsibility for occupational safety, fire protection, and execution quality, - Cooperation with company leadership in planning future projects. You will have significant influence not only on the progress of construction, but also on their economic results. What we expect from you: - ČKAIT authorization (buildings), - Secondary or university education in construction, - Several years of experience in a chief site manager or project manager position, - Experience with economic management of construction projects, - Excellent understanding of project documentation, - Experience leading execution teams, - Ability to make independent decisions, - Sales and negotiation skills, - Group B driver's license (active driver), - Professional demeanor, - Professional proficiency in Czech; the position is suitable for both men and women. What we offer: Attractive compensation: 65,000 to 80,000 Kč gross / month depending on experience and length of service (base gross salary + monthly bonus / personal compensation). In addition, we offer: - Annual bonus commitment = BONUS of 200,000 to 350,000 Kč (for the VP position, the BONUS is 350,000 to 500,000 Kč), which is tied to the size, complexity, and economic result of assigned contracts and is paid continuously each calendar quarter, - Performance bonus = BONUS for economical contract management of 3 to 5% of achieved cost savings (profit margin) depending on the size and complexity of the contract. We believe that responsibility for significant projects should be adequately rewarded.
