Chief Site Supervisor

We are a construction company where things get done quickly and straightforwardly. We have direct decision-making and minimal unnecessary bureaucracy. We are looking for a Chief Site Supervisor who values a human approach, stable work, and the opportunity to spend most of the time in Mladá Boleslav and the surrounding area (approximately 95% of projects). These typically involve small to medium-sized construction modifications and renovations in the facilities of an industrial client. You will experience a combination of site management and day-to-day operations—often managing several smaller projects simultaneously, with support from the company's resources. Job Responsibilities: Managing project execution on site (often multiple smaller projects simultaneously) and leading workers. Operational work planning, coordination of subcontractors, and daily communication with the client. Review of technical documentation and reports, preparation of invoicing materials, handling of change orders, and project handover. Oversight of quality, occupational safety and health, and deadlines. Continuous reporting and on-site operational problem-solving. Requirements: University or secondary education in construction, on-site experience preferred (we will train a skilled junior with the right attitude), ČKAIT authorization preferred, independence, good work organization and ability to prioritize when managing multiple projects, group B driver's license, basic PC skills (Word/Excel, AutoCAD, and KROS preferred).
