Due to the growth of our company and the increasing number of new projects, we are looking for a colleague for the position of:
Chief Construction Supervisor

The result of your work will be (in cooperation with the construction supervisor and your team) the timely completion of construction projects. All our construction sites are in Prague.
Job Responsibilities:
o Comprehensive management of construction contracts (planning, coordination, and control of construction progress)
o Coordination of subordinate employees (section construction supervisors)
o Management of the construction site in accordance with the company's economic rules, invoicing
o Responsibility for project outcomes
o Handover of the site and resolution of any repairs and defects
o Collaboration with contractors
o Conducting negotiations with investors and other participants in construction (TDI, designers, authorities, etc.)
What will be useful for this position:
o University or secondary education in construction field, professional certification in the field welcome
o At least 7 years of professional experience - civil engineering
o Driver's license category B
o PC - MS Office (Word, Excel) user level
o Ability to independently manage construction and lead a work team
o Personal approach, time flexibility, communication skills, reliability
