Chief Site Manager

We are a construction company where things get done quickly and straightforwardly. We have direct decision-making and minimal unnecessary administration. We're looking for a chief site manager who appreciates a human approach, stable work, and the opportunity to spend most of their time in Mladá Boleslav and the surrounding area (approximately 95% of projects). Typically, these are small to medium-sized construction modifications and renovations within an industrial client's premises. You can expect a combination of site management and day-to-day operations—often managing several smaller projects simultaneously, with support from the company's infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: Managing project implementation on-site (often several smaller projects concurrently) and supervising workers. Operational work planning, subcontractor coordination, and daily communication with the client. Reviewing design documentation and reports, preparing billing documentation, managing change orders, and coordinating project handover. Overseeing quality, workplace safety, and deadlines. Ongoing reporting and handling operational matters on-site. Requirements: University or secondary education in construction, on-site experience preferred (we'll also train a capable junior with the right attitude), ČKAIT authorization preferred, independence, good work organization and ability to prioritize when managing multiple projects, Class B driver's license, basic PC knowledge (Word/Excel, AutoCAD and KROS advantageous). Communicativeness and ability to conduct independent negotiations, flexibility with working hours.
