Job responsibilities: - Organizing work in the school kitchen operation during food production with material responsibility, establishing and implementing technological procedures, determining and ensuring the correctness of gastronomic composition of meals, rational nutrition. - Menu planning, calculations, creating meal plans - Preparation and finishing of dishes, including dietary meals, food service - Ensuring proper hygiene practices – HACCP - Ordering and receiving goods, record keeping Expectation of contract extension after 1 year to an indefinite period.
