Clean engineering, no bureaucracy You're an experienced designer who loves construction but is exhausted by administration and chaos? Let's do it differently. We're looking for a CPE for our team in Brno and Rosice near Brno. We offer an environment where we don't put out fires, but plan carefully. Where we use BIM, AI and virtual reality, and where you have room to truly create, not fill out spreadsheets. Why will you enjoy this work? CPE for engineering only: Selecting subcontractors, communicating with the investor about finances and invoicing is handled by someone else. You have a clear head for the project. We don't like overtime. Possibility to adjust working hours to your needs. We work in BIM, use 3D printing, virtual reality and AI. Great projects: You'll manage projects worth 50–600 million CZK (hospitals, schools, administrative buildings, facilities). Archicad or Revit is an advantage. What will your tasks be? Join the design team and oversee the technical solution. Work on all phases – from study through to construction documentation and site supervision. Project management with emphasis on quality, not on 'paperwork'. What do we offer? Freedom and flexibility: Full-time or self-employed contract, full or part-time.
