Wheel Loader Operator Wanted for Our Client in Norrköping

Are you an experienced and self-driven wheel loader operator looking for flexible work heading into the fall? We are now seeking a driven and safety-conscious wheel loader operator for our client, a major industrial player in Norrköping. About the Role As a wheel loader operator, you will be an important part of production. You will work with materials that arrive by ship at the port and handle raw materials according to applicable regulations and safety procedures. The material is sorted and stored in a large terminal building for later use in production. In this role, you will operate a wheel loader with both bucket and forks, depending on the task at hand. When you are not operating the wheel loader, you will participate in other production activities. You will work with equipment monitoring and supervision and in control rooms, where you follow material flows in and out of the process to ensure correct production pace and quality. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Who are we seeking? We are looking for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and experienced in working in an industrial environment. You have experience operating wheel loaders and are comfortable working with both buckets and forks. It is also important that you have knowledge and experience in process work, for example from a manufacturing industry or as a process operator. You need to be able to understand and follow processes and have a good technical understanding. As a person, you are: Self-driven and responsible Thorough and organized Safety-conscious Technically skilled and solution-oriented A team player with good collaboration skills Since you will be working with large machinery and in an industrial environment, safety is always the highest priority. You therefore need to be attentive to your surroundings and work in a safe and responsible manner. Requirements Experience operating wheel loaders/wheel loaders Experience operating with buckets and forks Knowledge and experience in process work License/qualification to operate wheel loaders/wheel loaders Good safety awareness Ability to work independently Meritorious Experience from industrial or manufacturing environment Previous work as a process operator Good computer skills and technical understanding B driver's license and access to a car The facility is located some distance from public transportation and other connections, so a B driver's license and access to a car is a great advantage. About the Position The position is on an hourly basis and demand-based heading into the fall. You therefore need to be flexible and have the ability to work extra hours when needed.
