Our medicine clinic is now seeking a cardiac nurse. Your work with us is independent, and you will be responsible for your own clinic together with colleagues and physicians. Duties Your responsibilities will include: - Secondary prevention of patients with cardiovascular disease - Patient education such as Heart School, Heart Failure School - Follow-up of heart failure patients, medication dosing - Plan and coordinate electrical cardioversions - Responsibility for and work with quality registries - Prescribe Warfarin and manage DOACs - Telephone consultation - Responsibility for internal training within the field We of course prioritize professional development and quality introduction.
