Our medicine clinic is now seeking a cardiac nurse. Your work with us is independent, and you will be responsible for your own clinic together with colleagues and physicians. Job Responsibilities Your tasks will include: Secondary prevention of patients with cardiovascular disease Patient education such as Cardiac School, Heart Failure School Follow-up of heart failure patients, medication dosing Plan and coordinate electrical cardioversions Responsible for and work with quality registries Prescribe Warfarin and manage NOACs Telephone consultation Responsibility for internal training in the field We naturally prioritize skills development and quality orientation. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed registered nurse Experience in the profession Good computer skills You are confident in your professional role and can work independently.
