HIAB Crane Truck Driver Needed for our Client in Boden

We are seeking a crane truck driver (HIAB operator) for our client to work on a major project in Boden, Sweden. EMPLOYMENT TERMS Work Location: Boden, Sweden Start: As soon as possible Project Duration: Minimum 6 months Work Schedule: Full-time Accommodation: Provided by the client Tax-free Allowances: Swedish subsistence allowance of 300 SEK/day, which will be reduced to 235 SEK/day after three months. JOB DESCRIPTION – HIAB CRANE OPERATOR You will perform a wide range of lifting operations on a large industrial construction site. The largest cranes you will operate have a lifting capacity of 165 ton-meters (T/m) and consist mainly of Fassi and Palfinger cranes. Your responsibilities will include: - Standard transport and material handling lifts - More advanced and precision-demanding lifting and assembly work - Planning lifts together with other trades - Close collaboration with assemblers, lift directors, and site management - Understanding and adapting to changing site conditions while working safely and efficiently - Safe loading and unloading - Handling of lifting equipment, rigging, and lifting devices This is more than just operating a crane – you need to understand the entire lifting process and be able to work safely and professionally with others on site. REQUIREMENTS - Driver's License Category C (Category CE license is an asset) - Valid crane license - Valid digital tachograph card WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO - Has experience operating crane trucks (HIAB) - Has good knowledge of workplace environment and safety - Is responsible, self-motivated, and takes initiative - Possesses the required certificates and qualifications for the position - Has previous experience with mobile cranes or other vehicle-mounted cranes (an asset) MORE INFORMATION The Boden project has recently received new financing and the work site is currently being established. Since the project is not yet in full operation, the work schedule will initially be: - Monday-Friday - 8 hours per day Once the project is in full operation, the work schedule will transition to a more traditional rotation schedule for industrial projects: Monday-Saturday - 10 hours per day - Two weeks of work followed by one week off This is an excellent opportunity if you want to participate in a long-term project in a demanding and exciting industrial environment.
