About the Position You will work from our office in Flemingsberg and then travel to customers' homes to help them with tasks they cannot do themselves. The work encompasses all care duties. You are responsible for maintaining social documentation and digital time reporting. You will start working on an as-needed basis with a flexible schedule. If things go well, you may later be offered a fixed schedule. We prefer that you work full-time. All employees who have worked at Eveo for more than 3 months are entitled to a wellness allowance, and if you wish to further your education to become a nursing assistant, you can receive paid time for your school days. Requirements Good knowledge of Swedish (SVA grundkurs or higher) Class B driver's license Experience in care work (e.g., home care, personal assistance, elderly care) Digital competence (able to do digital time reporting) We are looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors, can work independently, and is passionate about doing quality work. We would prefer if you: Have 1350 points in nursing subjects at high school level. Speak multiple languages in addition to Swedish.
