Employment Terms and Conditions
Schedule: Monday to Friday and alternate weekends
Employment Level: As agreed
Working Hours: 07:00 - 15:30
Employment Type: Permanent, with an initial 6-month probation period
Start Date: As agreed
Workplace: You'll be based at our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna Municipality.
Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do?
With us, you'll work in customers' homes with varied tasks based on individual needs:
Personal Care – assistance with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility
Social Support & Conversation – provide security through presence and respectful care
Daily Living Assistance – help with meals and simple household tasks
Supervision & Safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care
Documentation – document according to care plans
Emergency Response – quickly respond to acute needs from customers who have activated their safety alarms. We work on behalf of Vallentuna Municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling safety alarms between 07:00 - 22:00. This is a varied assignment with both scheduled and more urgent tasks.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is committed and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care:
Nursing Assistant Certification (Preferred) – you have an approved qualification, preferably with experience
Good Swedish in Speech and Writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly
Driver's License Category B (Preferred) – you're a safe and experienced driver
Comfortable Cycling (Required) – you feel at ease traveling between customers by bicycle
Responsible, Flexible, and Solution-Oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding.
Digitally Proficient – you use mobile devices in your daily work
