The Social Services Sector includes 4 operations: special housing/municipal health and medical care, individual and family care, ordinary housing/personal assistance, and disability services. During night hours, the security alarm is staffed by the home care night patrol. WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant in home care night shift, you will be challenged with creative and engaging work tasks. It is flexible and varied work where you meet care recipients with different care needs and support services. You place the care recipient at the center and work to achieve the best possible encounter. An important part of the work is to create quality of life in everyday life for the individual and to consider each person's conditions and needs. The nursing assistant role includes all work tasks that arise within the operation, and you work closely with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff and nurses. The work also includes performing health and medical care tasks by delegation. Since this is part of the nursing assistant role, you must have the conditions required to receive the medication delegations that the operation requires. Care coordination, documentation, and implementation plans according to IBIC are working tools used in the services and are carried out digitally. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have completed nursing care program or equivalent education that the employer considers equivalent. You are familiar with applicable legislation and the national value base. Experience from night work in municipal operations is meriting. To work in home care, the following is required: • You master Swedish language in speech and writing; if you are multilingual, it is meriting. • You have a Class B driver's license.
