As a nursing assistant in home care, you are an important part of our service users' lives. You help with everything from personal hygiene and social interaction, to activities and accompaniment. You also have delegated health and medical care tasks based on the service user's needs. You will: Be a fixed care contact Have ombudsman roles Help with household chores such as cleaning, meals, and laundry Support service users with weekly shopping via iPad Maintain documentation 📅 Working hours: Day, evening, and every other weekend. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is confident and has a genuine interest in people. You have the ability to work independently, where you take responsibility for your work and contribute to the development of the operation by taking your own initiatives. Collaboration skills and empathetic abilities are important qualities, as you will have daily contact with our service users and their relatives. We would like to see that you have a holistic view and are quality-conscious in your work, where you carry out your tasks in a structured and clear manner. To be eligible for this recruitment, you need to: Be a qualified nursing assistant Hold the protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate of service proving that you were permanently employed with the title nursing assistant on July 1, 2023 Good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written Good computer skills Driver's license category B or be able to cycle It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in health and social care. For those who are not citizens of the EU/EEA area, a work permit is required; this does not apply to you if you have permanent residence status. The work permit must be presented at the interview. Following a job offer, we will ask you to provide an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register.
