About the Role As a house cleaner at Välstädat, you are responsible for cleaning our customers' homes with the highest quality. Your mission is to always provide the best possible service. You work independently and sometimes in pairs, and are responsible for ensuring that your customers are satisfied. Your tasks include: Vacuuming and dusting. Mopping and cleaning surfaces. Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens Ironing, folding, and washing clothes. Changing sheets and making beds. Going the extra mile for the customer's home with a positive attitude. You should: Have previous experience from a service profession. Speak, understand, and write basic Swedish Be able to work flexible hours, Monday – Friday, between 8 – 16 It is highly meritorious if you have previously worked as a house cleaner. It is important that you have a valid B driver's license. Among other things, we offer: Fixed monthly salary with opportunity for overtime A permanent employment with 80-90% employment rate that begins with a probationary period Collective agreement and good employment terms Liability insurance, sick leave insurance, and pension insurance.
