You don't need to know everything from the start – for us, the right attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to develop count at least as much as previous experience. About the job As a house cleaner, you'll work primarily in the homes of our private clients, ensuring that cleaning is done thoroughly, efficiently, and with respect for the client's home. You'll have regular customers, independent work, and support from both supervisors and colleagues when you need it. Your role includes: Perform regular house cleaning for private clients Follow company checklists and quality procedures Provide friendly and professional service to clients Report work hours and any discrepancies Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues Assist with other cleaning assignments within the company when needed What we offer Flexible working hours – part-time or full-time, you choose Introduction and practical training Regular, long-term customer assignments – no new uncertainty every week Close support from supervisors A stable, growing company Opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility over time Salary based on experience and skills Who are we looking for? You are: Thorough and quality-conscious Punctual and reliable Service-oriented and respectful Positive and solution-focused Flexible and helpful Comfortable working independently Good at following instructions and procedures You communicate in Swedish or English. Previous experience in house cleaning is a merit, but not required if you're motivated and willing to learn. A driver's license is also a merit.
