Home Care in Malmö City is a strong team of just over 200 nurses with:
8 day sections
1 evening section
1 night section
Resource team
We work together to create safe, modern and close care for the residents of Malmö.
Your Assignment
As a nurse with us:
You are responsible for the patient's nursing care and medical interventions
You assess, plan and follow up care interventions independently
You guide and delegate to nursing staff
You collaborate closely with family members, home care, rehabilitation, primary care and other actors
With us, you always work with the patient at the center.
We are looking for you who:
Are a licensed nurse with at least 1 year of experience.
Have good Swedish in speech and writing.
Need to have good digital skills
Are comfortable cycling
Have a driver's license.
Extra plus if you have:
Specialist training in, for example, care of the elderly, medical care, psychiatry and district care.
Experience in municipal health care
Experience of collaboration between different actors
Experience with our journal system Procapita
Who are you?
You are confident in your role as a nurse and enjoy being a key person for the patient and like to coordinate between different actors. You like to collaborate – but also enjoy working independently. You communicate clearly and take responsibility. Above all: You see opportunities and want to contribute to development.
Practical Information
Number of nurses we are looking for: 9
Employment: Permanent, full-time
Working hours:
Day: 07.00–15.30 with weekend duty every fourth or fifth week.
Evening: 14.30–23.00 with weekend duty every other week.
Start: By agreement
📍 Day: departing from one of our sections in Malmö
📍 Evening: departing from Storgatan 20
