During work shifts, you collaborate with two other nurses where you together share responsibility for patients. Your work is based on the patient's needs, which are central to the health and medical care they require. You provide support and guidance to care staff in the various facilities. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing health and medical care measures for patients in assisted living facilities for the elderly, home care services, psychiatric residential facilities, and group homes. You are also responsible for medication management, specialized care, and documentation. The work also involves meeting people in a palliative phase of life, where your task is to create good care during the final stage of life for both the patient and their loved ones. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We see friendly demeanor, flexibility, and good collaboration skills as valuable competencies for working as a nurse. We value a positive attitude and the ability to find solutions at work. Great importance is placed on personal competencies. A driver's license (Category B) is required for this position. More About the Position Permanent employment, full-time. We work according to a full/part-time model, which means full-time employment with the option to work less. Work hours are night shift with weekend duty, which means four weekends in ten weeks. Start date by agreement. Access to a company car.
