Now we are looking for a service team member at Hemfrid Göteborg. This is a role for someone who has experience in cleaning, enjoys variety in the workday, and wants to help ensure high quality in our deliveries. A Varied Role with Responsibility As a service team member, you'll become part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. You are an important resource that contributes to ensuring the best possible experience for both customers and colleagues. No two days are alike – you'll alternate between supporting new colleagues, ensuring quality in our assignments, and helping where the need is greatest. Your Responsibilities Initial and deep cleaning Window washing Temporary shifts Onboarding and support for new employees Quality checks Key management when needed Ongoing dialogue with Area Manager and Field Lead Participation in monthly quality team meetings We Are Looking for You Have experience in home cleaning or a similar service profession Enjoy working in a team and supporting others Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented Have an eye for detail and are passionate about high quality Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same Speak Swedish or English Can work between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Are flexible and can work for different customers Hold a Class B driver's license What We Offer You Permanent employment at 75–90% Collective agreement and secure employment terms Fixed monthly salary Wellness allowance Liability, sick leave, and occupational pension insurance Free training and opportunities to develop within the company Support from engaged leaders and colleagues An international team with great camaraderie Team meetings and shared activities Do You Want to Develop Together with Us?
