JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a house parent, you are an important adult in the students' daily lives. You are present in conversations, in challenges, and in the small moments that make a big difference.
You will be part of a team responsible for a student residence with approximately 25 to 30 teenagers aged 15 to 19. Together with your colleagues, you will create a safe and stable environment where students can develop both socially and personally. The work is varied and meaningful, from everyday conversations to handling situations that require calm, judgment, and decisiveness. Work hours vary and include days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with longer continuous time off in between and during school breaks.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
• University degree in, for example, behavioral science, social work, or equivalent experience
• Experience in psychosocial work with teenagers
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage
Employment type: Permanent position.

The position is at 80%-100% with the possibility to take extra shifts to reach full-time if starting part-time.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability, and a clean criminal record certificate is required before employment. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis during the application period. The final application deadline is August 16, 2026, and employment begins by agreement.
