As a receptionist, you will be the face of our Luleå office. You will meet people and build relationships while being an important part of the operation, as you are often the first and last person that visitors and employees encounter. The receptionist role is fun, challenging, and very rewarding! In your role as receptionist at StudentConsulting, you will, among other things: Greet visitors - Answer the company's switchboard and email - Handle package and mail distribution - Administer and manage bookings - Participate in development and improvement work within the organization - General service, distribute office supplies, handle mail, make coffee, etc. - Conference host – i.e., prepare for meetings and group activities - Manage various office purchases and other related tasks The position begins with a 6-month trial employment. Working hours will primarily be weekdays 08:00 – 17:00, but evenings and weekends are also possible depending on operational needs. Start date is in October. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who is helpful, friendly, and communicative. You are a courageous person who is passionate about customer service. You like to stay on top of things and are not afraid to take charge. We believe you are solution-oriented and responsible in your professional role. We want you to have a pleasant and accommodating manner and understand the importance of always maintaining professional interactions with staff and customers. We require that you have at least a secondary education. It is a requirement that you have previously worked with customer contact in some form. It is a merit if you have also worked in reception or administrative work. In this role, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. Additional languages beyond these are a merit. A driver's license is an advantage for the position. As a person, you thrive in a dynamic organization where no two days are alike.
