Full-Time Parking Attendant for Gothenburg Business Area

The Role We are now seeking additional colleagues for our assignments throughout the Gothenburg business area (including surrounding regions) to continue developing the parking industry. The work as a parking attendant is characterized by "freedom with responsibility" where you independently monitor our customers' facilities to promote traffic safety, improve traffic flow, and enhance the quality of residential environments. You will be employed in Gothenburg, and the work may involve shifts in other parts of the region and county. You will work based on operational needs and will operate from our Gothenburg office. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring facilities by car and on foot - Checking that parking regulations are being followed - Ensuring correct and clear signage within the area - Issuing parking violation fees for breaches - Assisting parkers on-site with parking-related questions - Assisting parkers on-site with questions about our digital services We believe you have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and initiative. We also see that you have a knack for maintaining good order and organization, can plan and organize your own work, and have a sense of quality. Qualifications: - Valid B-category driver's license for manual transmission for at least 2 years - Excellent Swedish language skills - Upper secondary school education Merits: - Previous experience as a parking attendant - Previous experience in security We believe you thrive if you are: - Service-oriented - Independent and responsible - Calm and professional in your demeanor - Flexible – the work involves varying working days, hours, and significant outdoor work Employment The position is full-time with working hours scheduled for daytime, evening, and night shifts throughout the year. Start date is by agreement and begins with an internal training period of approximately one to two weeks covering the laws and regulations applicable to parking and signage (private property). Upon employment, a criminal record certificate from the police will be requested. Salary and employment terms follow the collective agreement. The starting salary is 27,004 SEK per month.
