Description We are seeking a weekend staff position at Soläng for Saturday and Sunday daytime 7:00-13:30. The plan is to work every other weekend, or if preferred, every weekend is also fine. Soläng is a residential facility with 20 apartments on two floors. You will work across two departments based on operational needs. It is a requirement that the person can handle medication delegation, which is done on-site together with a nurse. We have regular contact with a nurse every day, and rehabilitation services are provided as soon as needed, which occurs several times per week. As a nursing assistant, you will have various responsibilities including documentation. Responsibilities To provide care and services centered on the user's needs in accordance with care decisions and implementation plans, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. Qualifications Care and nursing program or other education providing nursing assistant competence, as well as good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Medication delegation capability. Terms Before an offer of employment, a certificate from the police criminal record register must be presented. As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title and you must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.
