In customer service, we are the customer's gateway into the company, we are there to meet and follow the customer until they feel satisfied and helped. We constantly work on finding smoother ways to help, guide and create faster pathways. Our goal is to achieve an average response time of 120 seconds.
Your tasks
With the customer in focus and a keen sense of service, you answer calls, receive visits, respond to emails or chat messages. It can be about getting help with bookings, orders, invoices and contract questions to questions about subscriptions, prices and rates. Our goal is to always be perceived as professional, honest, attentive and knowledgeable. We constantly strive to provide good service, improve the customer experience and make it as easy as possible for the customer. Since we are located in both Eskilstuna and Strängnäs, you will have the opportunity to be at both locations.

Education and previous experience
You have:
Completed upper secondary education.
Driver's license category B because you will travel between both of our locations.
Experience working at a customer center or similar where you have used case management systems is very positive.
