Your responsibilities You'll join a modern hybrid environment with both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. This role gives you the opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership and structure, in an organization where IT infrastructure is a strategic and business-critical resource. You'll contribute to both technical development and practical approaches. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring operations and management activities that form the foundation of our mission-critical IT services. You will lead and develop management work in areas such as network, server, storage, and identity. You will ensure that IT deliverables maintain high quality in terms of availability, performance, and security, while driving continuous improvements in close collaboration with both operations and colleagues. You will have overall responsibility for prioritization, planning, and follow-up according to established practices and management models. You are an important link between operational needs and IT deliverables, where you translate requirements into structured activities and ensure they are carried out in a controlled and efficient manner. You will work closely with both suppliers and external partners and monitor their deliverables and agreements. Education and previous experience We're looking for someone who combines sharp thinking with a good heart. You take responsibility, communicate clearly, and have the ability to see both the details and the bigger picture. You don't wait for change, you drive it, and you do it together with others. - You have several years of experience with IT infrastructure, operations, or management. You have a good understanding of core IT infrastructure. - You have experience from a leading or coordinating role such as infrastructure manager, technical project manager, or similar.
