In the Operations and Development division, we are responsible for ensuring high delivery reliability and safe power grid facilities. The pace of development in our operations is high, aimed at increasing safety and preparedness, streamlining work methods, and improving grid utilization.
Your Responsibilities
You step into an operation with high competence and strong commitment where you set direction and create even better conditions. The division consists of 16 employees, half of whom report directly to you and the rest to a group manager. Together you work to drive development forward and create an efficient and well-functioning operation. Of course, you have a place in the business unit's management team where you help shape our strategic development. We believe that you:

Lead development work with a focus on digitalization and data utilization.

Education and Previous Experience
We're looking for someone who is confident and dares to make decisions, sees the big picture, and enjoys developing with a long-term perspective. When many demands pull in different directions, you step up, prioritize, and point the way forward. You follow up and don't let go until it has an effect. At the same time, you stay close to the people around you, building trust and creating momentum in change work through engagement and getting others to take responsibility. You don't lead by pushing, but by being clear, consistent, and being someone people choose to follow.
You have an engineering degree at bachelor's or master's level or equivalent that we consider equivalent. We would like your education to be within power, energy systems, or similar.
You have several years of experience from the power grid industry and several years of experience as a manager. It's positive if you've worked with operations and have experience in change management.
