As a systems administrator and data protection specialist, you will have a broad and important role within Hedemorabostäder's administrative department. You work closely with the entire organization and have independent responsibility for ensuring that our business systems function efficiently, securely, and in line with operational needs. In this role, you are responsible for daily systems administration, user support, access management, and contact with system vendors. You also contribute to developing procedures, documentation, training, and improvements related to our systems and working methods. As a data protection specialist, you coordinate and drive the company's data protection efforts. This means you support the organization with GDPR-related matters, information security, risk analyses, incident management, and documentation. You become an important internal resource helping employees and managers work safely, systematically, and lawfully with information and personal data. We are looking for you who has experience with systems administration and an interest in how digital systems can contribute to better working methods in operations. You have good knowledge of GDPR and communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Relevant higher education in IT, systems science, law, or equivalent, or experience that can be considered equivalent. Experience with systems administration, preferably from the public sector and/or real estate industry. Good knowledge of GDPR and preferably experience with data protection work. Interest in information security, AI, and new technology. Experience with business development and improvement work. Ability to support, educate, and build trust within the organization. It is an advantage if you have prior experience with property-specific systems, such as Momentum, iBinder, or similar. As a person To thrive in this role, you are organized, thorough, and analytical.
