Hedda in Mind is an established psychology practice in central Malmö with broad expertise in stress, anxiety, depression, and neuropsychiatry. We work based on ACT, MCT, CFT, IBCT, and CBT and always strive to match the right method with each client. Today we are 13 psychologists and one administrator, a team characterized by collegial support, high competence, and genuine engagement.
