We are now seeking a Health Care Compliance Specialist who wants to be part of an international organization where compliance is central to operations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the business while helping develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs that make a real difference. About the Role As a Health Care Compliance Specialist, you will work with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure that operations comply with internal guidelines, industry requirements, and regulatory frameworks. You will become an important partner to the business and have broad exposure to sales, marketing, HR, finance, supply chain, legal, and management. The role combines operational work with project management, training, analysis, and continuous development of compliance processes. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Support and develop the organization's Healthcare Compliance program. Plan, coordinate, and implement compliance training and communication initiatives. Ensure that training, certifications, and documentation are followed up and administered correctly. Participate in risk assessments, self-evaluations, testing, and monitoring of compliance processes. Collect, analyze, and report relevant compliance data and KPIs. Support the business on matters regarding policies, processes, and regulatory requirements. Participate in audits, internal reviews, and follow-up on action plans. Contribute to the development, harmonization, and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices. Drive or participate in local, regional, and global compliance projects. Work closely with legal, quality, and business functions to create a strong compliance culture. We Are Looking for You If You have a genuine interest in compliance, risk management, and business development and enjoy a role where you can combine analysis with collaboration and communication. We believe you have: A university degree in, for example, economics, law, life science, pharmacy, or another relevant field. Experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Internal Controls, Risk Management, or similar areas. Experience from a regulated business, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or Consumer Health. Good understanding of policy governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Experience in analyzing data, following up on activities, and presenting results. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
